The Tenuta Pederzana Gibe Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC offered something very different. Once the nice violet color was in the glass, we were able to enjoy the deep dark flavor of overripe cherries. This wine started with the typical bitterness you'd expect with Lambrusco, and finished with sweeter plummy notes.
